Dark Satellite release cover of “This Is Not America<\/em>” (David Bowie\/Pat Metheny\/Lyle Mays) as their new single.

“We recently stumbled upon the tune and felt it was reflecting quite accurately the overall vibe of the World we\u2019re living in. Denis\u2019 better half said: \u201cYou guys should cover this song right now<\/em>\u201d.\u00a0 So we did\u2026 gave it the \u201cDark Satellite\u201d treatment, and had a great time doing it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Album nr 2 is well under way, but in the meantime, we hope you enjoy our version of \u201cThis Is Not America<\/em>\u201d, with the ever graceful backing vocals of Miss Penelope Antena, the suave horns of Mr. Olivier Bodson, the unmistakable shakerage of Mr. John J. Dooher, the steady groove of Mr. Wendel Jr the 3rd and the magical mixing touch of Mr. Mikko Raita (still basking in the glow of his amazing work on the Oscar-winning animation film \u201cFlow\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
